Three protective covers are also included with the stair lift to provide optimal protection from the harshest conditions. (Note: weight capacity is reduced to 250 pounds if the track length is 16 feet or longer.)
Outdoor Stair Lifts are not intended for use in snow and ice.
AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 Inc. warrants to the original purchaser (non-transferable) of a stair lift, vertical lift, dumbwaiter, elevator, or incline platform lift manufactured by or for AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 to be free from defects in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period defined as follows:
30 Days for batteries
2 Years for component parts including the circuit boards
2 Years for the drive train (motor and gear box), gear rack, pinion gear
The company shall repair/replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts; or replace with an entirely new Product at AmeriGlide Distributing 2019's option, without charge to the original purchaser. Shipping costs to and from AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 for returns pursuant to this Limited Warranty shall be paid by the purchaser.
Original parts replaced by AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 or an authorized dealer, become the property of AmeriGlide Distributing 2019. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The purchaser is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this Limited Warranty.
AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to this Product other than as set forth herein.

Under no circumstances shall AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
This Limited Warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty.
Labor costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
Limited Warranty Conditions
The above Limited Warranty is further subject to the following conditions: This Limited Warranty extends only to Products distributed and/or sold by AmeriGlide Distributing 2019. Only applicable to Products purchased and operated in USA and Canada.(Within the USA includes only the 50 US States.)
This Limited Warranty covers only "normal use" of the Product ("Normal Use" as used herein, is defined as "the use by a single individual who meets the maximum capacity designated by the unit data tag and operates the unit as defined by the guidelines and instructions presented in this document"). AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 shall not be liable under this Limited Warranty for any damage or defect resulting from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, storage, or operation; (ii) service or alteration by anyone other than the company; or (iii) damages incurred through irresponsible, non-intended, or any other use other than Normal Use.
You must retain your bill of sale or other proof of purchase to receive Limited Warranty service. No Limited Warranty extension nor extension of the Warranty Period will be granted for any replacement part(s) nor any new Product furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this Limited Warranty.
Please note, any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the serial number, located on the chassis of the lift. This number serves as your warranty number and must be retained. AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 will offer no warranty service without this number.
All warranty claims must be reported to the dealer from whom the lift was purchased as they have responsibility for handling your warranty claim. The dealer is to contact the Service Department of AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 and provide the serial number of the lift along with a description of the events leading to the warranty claim. Dealers may charge for labor, service, travel, or other associated costs to make repairs, and such charges are not covered by this Limited Warranty. All parts used to replace defective materials must be genuine AmeriGlide Distributing 2019 parts to be covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you many have other rights which may vary from state to state.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The electric scooter is exactly what we needed to maintain our independence. It is a smooth ride, speed can be adjusted, comfortable seating, reclines, light enough to pick up by two people to load in back of vehicle, and able to ride through gravel and other terrain. We originally ordered the removable legs. However, after trying them out, we decided we did not want them. We returned them. Comfy Go Rep, Jay in California, was great to work with. He gave me his number so I could call him if needed. He answered! He arranged for us to return the legs. Then, Mediriser reached out to us and refunded our money! It was easy to work with the people! I've been able to get to all corners Of my property, which has some pretty rugged terrain, it also goes up my back ramp to my back door saving me many steps. We have had our IBIS lift for over a month now and have used it multiple times. It does take a bit of time to get the bracket set up for your individual car door hinge, once that is accomplished and as you get more and more used to it the faster you will get. Yes, it is pricy, however where we live it is easily $200 one way to get to Mom's doctor in the next town over using medical transport. This lift has already saved us close to $2,000, so depending on your needs, it will pay for itself in no time at all. The nice part is, if I ever get another car, I can just fit the bracket to the new vehicle and away we go! I drive a Toyota Highlander, and I have also used it in my sister's Toyota Sienna. My advice is to make sure you accurately fill out the Para Mobility measurement chart and send them the requested pictures of your car's door hinge, so they can determine if the bracket will work with your vehicle. For us this was a very good purchase.
The tuff care S950 shower chair is perfect for NY husband. He was able to take his own shower for the first time in four years! Banish the bed baths! Mediriser was terrific to work with. Shipped immediately. I would recommend them and owner Vejus to anyone looking for a showering option.
I bought this chair with the optional cushion for my wife who has back and knee issues. She currently uses it several times a week to get accustomed to its operation, but will be using it several times a year for airline travel in the near future..
For her needs, it has excellent speed and range and is lightweight for easy portability. She gets compliments from the neighbors on its modern red and black stylish appearance.
There are some minor issues, however, with the chair.. I needed to order a seat belt extender as the seat belt was too short for a heavy set person. The foot rests would have been better had they been spring-loaded to automatically return to the upright position when not in use. Also, the levers that lock and unlock the wheels could have been longer to make them easier to reach.
Overall, we are satisfied with the quality and value the chair provides and would recommend it to others having similar needs.
For years being disabled, I got different kinds of manual wheelchairs, but the X-1 Comfy-Go from Mediriser is really outstanding! It's stunning, very sturdy, has a beautiful look and design, very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!
