The warranty is void on wheelchairs that have had the serial number tag removed and/or altered.
Furthermore, the guarantee does not cover products that have been subjected to carelessness, abuse, poor storage or handling, inappropriate operation, modification, or misuse.
All warranty repairs or replacements require prior authorization from Karman, with freight prepaid. Karman reserves the right to issue call tags for warranty repairs, depending on the case. Should a field action or recall occur. Karman will identify the impacted units and provide your Karman dealer with resolution steps. Warranty registration is still recommended. IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift
The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.
My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.
Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.
Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
