Stopsol Bronze is a specific category of solar-control glass used in high-end commercial and residential architecture. Unlike standard tinted glass, which simply reduces light transmission, Stopsol Bronze glass uses a metallic coating that both absorbs and reflects incoming solar radiation - significantly reducing heat gain from direct sun while giving the glass its characteristic warm bronze-gold reflective appearance from outside. From the street or garden, the Ombra's front face reflects the surrounding environment in amber tones, creating the sense of a dark, sculptural object rather than a transparent structure. From inside, bathers look out through a warm bronze filter that softens the landscape into something calmer and more contained than unobstructed glass would produce. Every other ThermaSol outdoor sauna requires you to change outside, step through a single door, and step into the heat. The Ombra adds a room. That room changes the experience: you arrive, close the exterior door behind you, and you are already in the sauna complex - in a warm, private space, protected from the weather, before you have even entered the heat. The dressing lounge is not a feature added to a sauna. It is the reason the Ombra exists at the dimensions it does.
The Ombra arrives via flatbed trailer, fully assembled. ThermaSol notifies customers two weeks before the scheduled delivery date. A forklift or crane is required for off-loading at 4,607 lbs - the path from the delivery vehicle to the final placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. The site must be firm, level, and have slight runoff for drainage. A licensed electrician must connect the 10.5kW Harvia Virta heater to the 240V circuit before the first session.

Warranty
1-year ThermaSol warranty
The ThermaSol Ombra Sauna Cabin is covered by ThermaSol's 1-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. ThermaSol will, at its discretion, repair or replace any covered defective component at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, abnormal weather events, inadequate foundation or drainage, or failure to follow ThermaSol's published installation guidelines. The 10.5kW Harvia Virta heater is covered under Harvia's separate manufacturer warranty. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for all warranty claims. We are an authorized ThermaSol dealer.
