All Saunum Air models deliver the same patented air mixing technology, Himalayan salt reservoir, six bathing styles, and AirIQ WiFi connectivity. The Air 5 (5kW) is wall-mounted for rooms from 106 to 212 cu ft on a 30A / 10 AWG circuit. The Air 7 (7kW) is wall-mounted for rooms from 177 to 318 cu ft on a 40A / 8 AWG circuit. The Air L 10 (10kW) is floor-standing for rooms from 283 to 494 cu ft on a 50A / 6 AWG circuit. Calculate the adjusted room volume using the Saunum heater calculator, then select the model whose range covers it. For rooms between 212 and 318 cu ft, the Air 7 is the correct wall-mounted choice. For rooms above 318 cu ft, the Air L series is required.
A standard 2-pole 40A breaker and 8 AWG wire are required for the Air 7. Do not connect to a GFI or GFCI breaker. Stones (4 boxes: 110 lbs for black, 130 lbs for stainless) are required and sold separately. The AirIQ WiFi control is required and sold separately. A licensed electrician is required for all connections.
The Saunum Air 7 is covered by Saunum's limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, use without the required stone quantity, or failure to follow Saunum's installation guidelines. Do not connect to a GFI/GFCI breaker.
