The GL4's entire front face is tempered bronze glass a full-height door paired with a tall window panel that floods the interior with natural light and frames a clear view of your garden or backyard from every bench position. The matching black trim, integrated eave overhang, and front porch give the cabin a refined architectural character that reads as something considerably more expensive than it is. Bronze-tinted glass keeps the interior private from outside while remaining open and luminous from within.
1.57" Nordic Thermo-Spruce no shortcuts on materials
Both the walls and the roof of the GL4 are built from 1.57" thick thermally treated Nordic spruce a wall thickness that compares favorably to custom-built cabins. Thermal modification changes the cellular structure of the wood: it becomes denser, more stable, and permanently resistant to moisture, decay, and fungi without chemicals. The interlocking-beam construction allows the wood to breathe naturally with temperature changes while maintaining a tight, weather-resistant seal at every joint. The floor and porch boards are 1.1" Thermo-Spruce, and the self-adhesive roofing felt and metal flashing ensure water never reaches the interior.
Thermo-Aspen benches shaped for how people actually sit
The upper and lower benches are made from thick, knot-free Thermo-Aspen ergonomically contoured to follow the natural curve of the body rather than forcing a rigid upright position on a flat board. Thermo-Aspen is specifically chosen for bench surfaces because it stays cool to the touch even at peak sauna heat. The upper bench runs the full 54" interior width at 23.6" depth room to stretch out or sit two people comfortably side by side. The lower bench provides a stepping tier and additional seating at 54" wide and 12.5" deep.
Wi-Fi LED lighting and a gravity ventilation system
Recessed LED lights integrated beneath the eaves cast a warm, dotless glow across the porch and entry path at night. Inside, indirect LEDs run behind the backrest and beneath the bench, producing ambient light that sets mood without any harsh overhead brightness. All interior lighting is dimmable and controllable via Wi-Fi app or included handheld remote IP67 rated for heat and moisture. The GL4 uses a gravity-based ventilation system with an intake vent positioned near the heater and an exhaust vent in the upper corner of the sauna, creating natural airflow throughout every session. A drainage system keeps the interior dry after washing or steaming.

We strongly recommend reviewing the installation manual before your delivery arrives understanding the assembly sequence in advance makes a significant difference on build day. A licensed electrician is required to connect the sauna heater and 120V lighting circuit.

Lifetime structural warranty
Every SaunaLife GL4 is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the cabin structure and all non-electrical components under normal residential use. SaunaLife warrants that the sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original purchaser. If a factory defect appears at any point, SaunaLife will repair or replace the affected components at no cost. The warranty does not cover normal material weathering, cosmetic changes due to natural aging of lumber, or sauna heaters and added accessories these are covered separately by their respective manufacturers. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required. We are an authorized SaunaLife dealer.
