At 3,000W on 110V or 220V via a standard plug, it connects to any appropriately rated outlet without dedicated circuit work or electrical contractor involvement. At 264.55 lbs it can be positioned by two people during installation without specialised lifting equipment, and although it does not include mobility wheels, its relative lightness makes initial placement more manageable than the heavier models in the range.
The Merican Smart Controller 2.0 handles all in-unit session management wavelength selection, pulse frequency, session timing, and audio control. The optional Wireless Pad Controller 2.0 allows remote operation from outside the treatment area for facilities that prefer staff to manage sessions without entering the treatment space. Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear. To maintain warranty coverage, the unit must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
