Complete Care Warranty Period
For In-Home service, Infinity Massage Chairs will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, for an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer's residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Infinity Massage Chairs may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. If you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Infinity Massage Chairs is no longer responsible for making repairs under warranty coverage.
For any repairs needed during the 3-year parts warranty coverage, Infinity Massage Chairs will provide covered parts at no cost; however, the consumer is responsible for all shipping, duties, and brokerage fees. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame and any wood structure. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. At its sole discretion, Infinity Massage Chairs will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Infinity Massage Chairs-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from improper installation; unauthorized repairs; use in a commercial or corporate setting; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions(fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred from shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.Softening/hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics do not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of leather are alike. Failures of attach points, such as but not limited to stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. My car-lift finally escaped customs hell, thanks to daily calls etc by Mediriser excellent customer service. We just opened the package and found a very well-made, serious piece of equipment. Between installation videos and the user manual, our home carer is figuring out setup. So far, we’re very excited.
The electric scooter is exactly what we needed to maintain our independence. It is a smooth ride, speed can be adjusted, comfortable seating, reclines, light enough to pick up by two people to load in back of vehicle, and able to ride through gravel and other terrain. We originally ordered the removable legs. However, after trying them out, we decided we did not want them. We returned them. Comfy Go Rep, Jay in California, was great to work with. He gave me his number so I could call him if needed. He answered! He arranged for us to return the legs. Then, Mediriser reached out to us and refunded our money! It was easy to work with the people! I have 6 acres. And I purchase this scooter to get around on my property. So far It has been excellent. I've been able to get to all corners Of my property, which has some pretty rugged terrain, it also goes up my back ramp to my back door saving me many steps. We have had our IBIS lift for over a month now and have used it multiple times. It does take a bit of time to get the bracket set up for your individual car door hinge, once that is accomplished and as you get more and more used to it the faster you will get. Yes, it is pricy, however where we live it is easily $200 one way to get to Mom's doctor in the next town over using medical transport. This lift has already saved us close to $2,000, so depending on your needs, it will pay for itself in no time at all. The nice part is, if I ever get another car, I can just fit the bracket to the new vehicle and away we go! I drive a Toyota Highlander, and I have also used it in my sister's Toyota Sienna. My advice is to make sure you accurately fill out the Para Mobility measurement chart and send them the requested pictures of your car's door hinge, so they can determine if the bracket will work with your vehicle. For us this was a very good purchase.
The tuff care S950 shower chair is perfect for NY husband. He was able to take his own shower for the first time in four years! Banish the bed baths! Mediriser was terrific to work with. Shipped immediately. I would recommend them and owner Vejus to anyone looking for a showering option.
I bought this chair with the optional cushion for my wife who has back and knee issues. She currently uses it several times a week to get accustomed to its operation, but will be using it several times a year for airline travel in the near future..
For her needs, it has excellent speed and range and is lightweight for easy portability. She gets compliments from the neighbors on its modern red and black stylish appearance.
There are some minor issues, however, with the chair.. I needed to order a seat belt extender as the seat belt was too short for a heavy set person. The foot rests would have been better had they been spring-loaded to automatically return to the upright position when not in use. Also, the levers that lock and unlock the wheels could have been longer to make them easier to reach.
Overall, we are satisfied with the quality and value the chair provides and would recommend it to others having similar needs.
For years being disabled, I got different kinds of manual wheelchairs, but the X-1 Comfy-Go from Mediriser is really outstanding! It's stunning, very sturdy, has a beautiful look and design, very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!
