Where the manufacturer's warranty is less than one year, this warranty will provide additional coverage of both parts and labor for the entire one year period starting from the date of purchase.

Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred in repair of the product unless specifically authorized by Golden Technologies. This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement part installation.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Liabilities for consequential damage are excluded.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty parts and service, you must have a warranty registration card filed with Golden Technologies. Contact your Golden Technologies authorized dealer for service.
The warranty period commences on the purchase date from the seller/dealer. If the product is rented or otherwise not sold to the consumer, the warranty commences on the invoice date from Golden Technologies.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. Very helpful as the bathroom we are using is very small. It allows us to transfer my grandmother from her wheelchair onto this transport chair where we have more space to do so aand then just roll her over the actual toilet. We recently ued it in the shower stall as well. It took two of us to get her over the large tiled lip of the shower stall but it worked and kept us from having to put a whole new handicap shower instralled.
