The Afiscooter S4 is available in two weight capacity configurations: the standard S4 at 500 lbs and the S4 HD at 600 lbs. Both variants use the same 1,400W motor, dual 105Ah battery system, full active suspension, and alloy wheel platform. The HD designation reflects chassis and structural reinforcement for the higher load rating — specify which variant you require at the time of order.
Seat width is also specified at order from three options: 20 inches, 24 inches, and 33 inches. The 33-inch seat width provides bariatric seating comfort at the full S4 / S4 HD weight capacity — relevant for users who need both the wider seat and the heavy-duty load rating. The optional hard-top canopy provides all-weather protection for outdoor use and should be specified at the same time as the scooter order. The free 2-year in-home service is included automatically with every S4 purchase — no registration or activation is required beyond normal purchase confirmation.

Warranty
Lifetime frame warranty / 2-year electrical / 1-year mechanical
The Afikim Afiscooter S4 is covered by a three-tier manufacturer warranty from Afikim Electric Vehicles. For the lifetime of the product from the date of delivery, Afikim will replace free of charge any of the following metal structural parts found to be defective: main frame, seat post, and tiller metal parts.
For two years from the date of delivery, Afikim will replace free of charge: power unit (motor, transaxle, and EMB), controller, charger, harnesses, and electronic sub-assemblies including boards, sensors, switches, potentiometers, fuses, gas pistons, and brakes.
For one year from the date of delivery, Afikim will replace free of charge: bearings, bushings, shock absorbers, and the seat. All warranty claims require examination by an authorised Afikim representative. This warranty does not cover items subject to normal wear and tear, including plastic shrouds, motor brushes, brake pads, tires and tubes, bulbs and lights, upholstery, rust, noises, or damage from circumstances beyond the manufacturer's control. We are an authorised Afikim dealer.
