• Nuprodx protects your investment with a two-year limited repair or replace policy on all hard parts, and one-year limited repair or replace policy on cushions and arm pads.
• If required, a 10-day conditional trial period is available to ensure proper fit. All trials must take place with the user fully clothed, and bathing or toileting during the trial period is strictly prohibited.
• Any chair that has been used cannot be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, with return authorization from Nuprodx required before shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the party returning the chair.

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call MEDIRISER Customer Service at 251-292-1169.

Once the return request is accepted, the following conditions apply:

• There is a 15% restocking fee for return within 10 days. Please note that returns will not be accepted after 10 days of receipt and without prior Return Authorization.
• Product must be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging
• All accessories included in the box must be returned.
• You are responsible for the shipping to return the product.
• Custom parts (including custom cushions) are not returnable
• Used items are not eligible for return
• You will pay for any damaged parts that occurred during shipping or otherwise
• Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees are not refundable.
