Unprecedented Treatment Capability

Iceless Cold

As low as 38°F/3°C, this iceless cold therapy delivers deep, penetrating, longer-lasting cold that promotes vasoconstriction. It safely relieves pain without narcotics following an acute injury or surgery, while reducing metabolic demand, muscle spasms, and inflammation.

Controllable Heat

Up to 113°F/45°C, controllable heat promotes vasodilation and increases circulation to the injured area. It supports the lymphatic system, reduces pain and stiffness, and stimulates natural healing after injury or surgery.

Rapid Contrast

Changeover complete in less than one minute. Rapid Contrast Therapy (RTC) delivery alternately opens and constricts the vascular system in a targeted injury area to relieve pain and increase blood flow, without causing additional edema, efficiently, compactly, and cleanly.

Active Compression

Four levels of compression range from 5 to 75 mmHg. Patented intermittent pneumatic compression mimics natural muscle contractions to pump edema away from the injury area, and helps the wraps conform to the body for better surface contact and more effective cold or heat therapy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. IBIS Wheelchair to Car Lift

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.

My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.

Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.

Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
