Warranty

• Joerns Healthcare offers a 2-year warranty on the DolphinCare FIS System and its electronic components. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from improper use is not covered.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
