Warranty

Warranty Policy

  • Two-Year Warranty: Covers all mechanical and electrical components for two years from the date of delivery.
  • 5-Year Warranty on Steel Components: Steel structural components are covered for 5 years from the date of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Damage caused by unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications voids the warranty. DC batteries and other wear-and-tear parts are covered for 90 days.

Warranty Service

  • Replacement Parts: Joerns will supply replacement parts or, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products. Warranty replacement parts are covered under the original product warranty period.
  • Return of Parts: Defective parts must be returned to Joerns for inspection at the customer’s expense. Credit will be issued upon inspection approval.
  • Service Requests: Most service issues can be handled by the facility’s Maintenance Department with guidance from Joerns' Product Service Department. If a technician is required, Joerns will dispatch one at its discretion.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned. The minimum restock fee on lower-value orders will be $15.
