Oxygen Health Systems further guarantees its hardware oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, and air compressor against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Based on 7 years of performance data, we know that manufacturing defects, if any, are most likely to appear within the first 12 months. Should any faulty materials or workmanship be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components at our option and sole discretion. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper handling, or user error.
Q & A SAFETY QUESTION
Do I need to install firewalls for using this system?
Although it's always great to take precautions, our system runs the interior of the chamber at 40% oxygen and the exterior of the chamber will have a net oxygen percentage at or below where it started. The oxygen converted from room air into 95% oxygen enters the chamber, resulting in ~40% oxygen inside the chamber. When that oxygen evacuates and redistributes into the room, the net room oxygen percentage is never increased — it stays the same or slightly lower than when the session started.
The difference between our system and hospital-grade chambers is that those use compressed oxygen tanks which are very dangerous, and the oxygen evacuated from such chambers would raise the room oxygen percentage if vented indoors.
How do oxygen molecules get 400% deeper into your tissues as they do with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
They actually shrink under this pressure and can squeeze through constricted blood vessels, inflamed tissue, cross the blood-brain barrier, enter lymph nodes, cerebrospinal fluid, and the musculoskeletal system. Essentially, oxygen is delivered into all of our tissues, including areas where circulation is diminished — which is an extremely important component as oxygen is essential for the function and maintenance of every cell in our body, regardless of whether it's an organ, muscle, or bone.
This is analogous to what you see in a can of soda as the CO2 particles are under pressure and therefore decrease in size enough to dissolve into the liquid. When you pop the can open, the pressure is released, the CO2 particles increase in size and you see the fizz. This is exactly what happens to your oxygen molecules as they decrease in size under pressure and dissolve into the blood plasma. This exponentially increases oxygen delivery through the body and makes it possible for oxygen to enter inflamed or hypoxic tissue to support optimal cellular activity.
Oxygen is the final electron acceptor in the Electron Transport Chain, which is where all of the ATP is produced. This is known as aerobic respiration, or how our cells breathe. Oxygen is essential to life, but it is how it affects the function of every cell in the human body that makes it necessary for life. Without oxygen, we can't make energy for our brain, organs, or any tissue. The more oxygen we can deliver to our tissues, the healthier, energetic, and mentally well we feel. It has a very high affinity for electrons (high electronegativity), making it a good electron acceptor and perfect in its role. In summary, Oxygen allows us to make ATP — the energy currency of our body — required by all cellular processes to function and therefore heal to support normal bodily and brain function, including organs, bones, joints, and muscle.

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.
When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock.
