Oxygen Health Systems Warranty Period is 3 years, full coverage warranty on the main chamber with a 20-year warranty on all soft chamber windows.Oxygen Health Systems further guarantees its hardware oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, air compressor, etc. against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
We pride ourselves on painstaking accuracy and crafting our equipment with the very highest quality raw materials. Based on 7 years of performance data we know with a high degree of certainty that if there are manufacturing defects, they are most likely to occur within the first 12 months. Should any faulty materials and/or workmanship on the equipment be found, we provide troubleshooting guidance. Upon that, should the issue remain unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components. Oxygen Health Systems at its option and sole discretion will replace the warranty item(s). The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling or user operation.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any Hyperbaric Chamber Purchase within 14 Days of purchase.
The following rules apply:
Products must be returned in the original packaging and in a new and resellable condition. Refunds will be determined by incoming inspection and if not returned or packed properly, the refund may be denied. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by filling out an RMA form in the MY ACCOUNT section or by requesting assistance from our sales team. There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies. If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part or a manufacturer’s part, Oxygen Health Systems will cover the shipping fees. After 14 Days, any returnable chamber will have a 20% restocking fee, if Oxygen Health Systems approves the return. Please email us with any questions. To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including warranty products) associated with any returns. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) have arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department, at support@mediriser.com or call 251-292-1169 as soon as possible to with speak with our customer service. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.
When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, ACH and Check). The electric scooter is exactly what we needed to maintain our independence. It is a smooth ride, speed can be adjusted, comfortable seating, reclines, light enough to pick up by two people to load in back of vehicle, and able to ride through gravel and other terrain. We originally ordered the removable legs. However, after trying them out, we decided we did not want them. We returned them. Comfy Go Rep, Jay in California, was great to work with. I have 6 acres. And I purchase this scooter to get around on my property. So far It has been excellent. I've been able to get to all corners Of my property, which has some pretty rugged terrain, it also goes up my back ramp to my back door saving me many steps. We have had our IBIS lift for over a month now and have used it multiple times. It does take a bit of time to get the bracket set up for your individual car door hinge, once that is accomplished and as you get more and more used to it the faster you will get. Yes, it is pricy, however where we live it is easily $200 one way to get to Mom's doctor in the next town over using medical transport. This lift has already saved us close to $2,000, so depending on your needs, it will pay for itself in no time at all. The nice part is, if I ever get another car, I can just fit the bracket to the new vehicle and away we go! I drive a Toyota Highlander, and I have also used it in my sister's Toyota Sienna. My advice is to make sure you accurately fill out the Para Mobility measurement chart and send them the requested pictures of your car's door hinge, so they can determine if the bracket will work with your vehicle. For us this was a very good purchase.
The tuff care S950 shower chair is perfect for NY husband. He was able to take his own shower for the first time in four years! Banish the bed baths! Mediriser was terrific to work with. Shipped immediately. I would recommend them and owner Vejus to anyone looking for a showering option.
I bought this chair with the optional cushion for my wife who has back and knee issues. She currently uses it several times a week to get accustomed to its operation, but will be using it several times a year for airline travel in the near future..
For her needs, it has excellent speed and range and is lightweight for easy portability. She gets compliments from the neighbors on its modern red and black stylish appearance.
There are some minor issues, however, with the chair.. I needed to order a seat belt extender as the seat belt was too short for a heavy set person. The foot rests would have been better had they been spring-loaded to automatically return to the upright position when not in use. Also, the levers that lock and unlock the wheels could have been longer to make them easier to reach.
Overall, we are satisfied with the quality and value the chair provides and would recommend it to others having similar needs.
For years being disabled, I got different kinds of manual wheelchairs, but the X-1 Comfy-Go from Mediriser is really outstanding! It's stunning, very sturdy, has a beautiful look and design, very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!
