How to Pair Your Phone to Your Flexabed:
- Download the Okin SmartBed app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Open the app and follow the prompts to create your account with Okin.
- Enable Bluetooth connectivity on your phone in your device settings.
- Navigate to the “POSITION” screen within the app.
- Click on the three horizontal bars in the upper left corner.
- Select the “Bluetooth” option at the bottom of the screen.
- Look for the device named “SmartBed” in the device list and click to pair.
- If “SmartBed” is not found, return to the “Position” screen and retry.

Warranty
Any time during the first two years after purchase, the mattress may be returned to the factory freight prepaid, and it will be repaired, replaced or reconditioned at factory’s option, for no charge (provided that the defect is demonstrated to be a defect in materials or workmanship and not normal wear and tear), and returned freight collect. After the first 24 months, the mattress and/or the upholstered base may be sent to the factory, freight prepaid for repair, reconditioning or replacement at a $100.00 fee. Returned shipment will be freight collect.
