It supports up to 650 lbs and a standard sleep surface 36" width x 80" length, and it has a expandable features that can expands from 36" up to 42" in width and up to 88" in length with optional kits. With height adjustments from 7" to 30", auto-contour positioning, and tool-free width expansion, it offers customizable support and ease of use for a better care experience.

Joerns UltraCare XT beds are guaranteed for a period of five years from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service. This five-year warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components. Steel structural components on beds are covered under warranty for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery. Welds are covered under warranty for the lifetime of the product. Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions, abuse or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered. Any alteration, modification, or repair unless performed by, or authorized in writing by, Joerns Healthcare, will void this warranty. Parts Joerns beds contain various parts that wear from normal use. These parts, such as DC batteries, hand pendant, and casters are covered for 90 days after date of delivery.

Mattresses and Beds
Due to hygiene and health regulations, all mattress and bed sales are final and non-returnable once the product has been delivered or opened.
We prioritize the health and safety of our customers, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on mattresses and beds, even if unused.

Patient Lifts:
Restock fees will be deducted in amountsranging of 25% of the value of the item being returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.
