How to pair your phone
- Download the Okin SmartBed app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and create your Okin account.
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone in device settings.
- Navigate to the "Position" screen, tap the three horizontal bars in the upper left corner.
- Select "Bluetooth" at the bottom of the screen.
- Find "SmartBed" in the device list and tap to pair.
- If "SmartBed" doesn't appear, return to the Position screen and retry.

Warranty
Flexabed Limited Lifetime Warranty (transferable)
Because Flexabed builds every bed by hand, the entire bed is covered, every component, every design feature, including the mattress. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners, so if you sell or give the bed away, it remains under warranty.
Motors & lifting mechanism
During the first 12 months after purchase, Flexabed provides in-home parts and labor at no charge (parts shipped UPS ground, expedited charges paid by customer). After the first year, any part can be sent to the factory (freight prepaid by customer) for repair, reconditioning, or replacement at the factory's option for a $100 fee plus return shipping.
Mattress & upholstered base
During the first 12 months, in-home repairs or replacement (at factory's option) are provided at no charge for genuine defects in materials or workmanship beyond normal wear. After the first year, the mattress or upholstered base can be sent to the factory (freight prepaid by customer) for repair, reconditioning, or replacement at factory's option for a $100 fee, returned freight collect. Mattresses showing signs of abuse or wetting void the warranty.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover customer misuse, electrical surges, damage in transit or handling by the delivering agent (unless the customer signs the bill of lading with damages noted), or products altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. Replacement parts are warranted for the unexpired balance of the original warranty period. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for any claim, and we are an authorized Flexabed dealer.
