Cryo Innovations XR Cryo Plunge – Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
Cryo Innovations LLC (“Cryo”) guarantees your XR Cryo Plunge (“product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of delivery to the purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
What’s Covered:
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Cryo will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part, system, or component.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse or abuse, including dropping the unit or user-caused screen damage
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Defects resulting from changes made to the product’s original design

Limitation of Liability:
Cryo and the purchaser agree that Cryo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, income, business, or use, resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Exclusive Remedy:
This limited warranty is the only warranty offered by Cryo and can only be modified by a written agreement signed by an authorized Cryo representative. Cryo’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of defective parts, provided Cryo determines that the defect exists and was not caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, fire, water damage, or any modification beyond the scope of normal use.
Repairs or replacements do not extend the original 1-year warranty period from the date of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 days of installation. To be eligible, you must:
- Notify Cryo Innovations in writing within 7 days of receiving the unit.
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the product back.
Return Conditions:
- The chamber must be undamaged and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- All shipping arrangements (to and from your location) must be made by Cryo Innovations.
- You are responsible for both original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
- If free shipping was included in your order, the standard shipping fee will still be deducted from your refund along with the return shipping charges.
- You will be informed of all shipping costs in advance and must approve them before the RA is issued.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned unit is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
