Unlike any other chamber in the range, the Lux-Air 36″ offers both Side Entry and Top Entry in a single design. The J-style door with a 16-inch elevation platform lets users sit at bed height and slide in from the side — no crawling, no kneeling, no obtrusive overhead maneuvers. The hidden/uninhibited yet sturdy interior frame keeps the unit fully supported even when not inflated, preventing the chamber from falling on you during setup. This system can also be placed on a platform to simulate the exact ease of entering and exiting from your bed.

Penta-Welded Windows — 1.4″ Deep Weld vs Competitors' ½″

The window welds on this chamber use penta-welding technology that embeds the double-thick window 1.4 inches deep into the fabric. Other manufacturers may only use a ½-inch seam window weld. The Lux-Air 36″ J-style door provides both Side Entry and Top Entry options with a 16-inch elevation platform. You simply sit on the platform at bed height and slide in from the side — no kneeling, no crawling, no obtrusive straps inside. What are penta-welded windows and why do they matter?

What are silent pressure relief valves and why does the Lux-Air 36 have them?

Most hyperbaric chambers exhaust air through standard pressure relief valves that produce a constant hissing or venting sound during sessions — which many users find distracting or uncomfortable. The Lux-Air 36″ uses silent pressure relief valves that manage depressurization quietly, creating a more relaxing and professional session environment. This is a premium feature that most chambers at this price range do not offer.

Do I need to install firewalls for using this system?

No additional firewalls are required. Our system runs the interior of the chamber at 40% oxygen. The oxygen converted from room air into 95% oxygen enters the chamber, and the evacuated air redistributes into the room at the same or lower oxygen percentage as it started — the net room oxygen percentage is never increased. This is fundamentally different from hospital-grade chambers that use compressed oxygen tanks, which can raise room oxygen to dangerous levels if vented indoors.

How does your air conditioning system work differently from competitors'?

Many competitor AC systems don't work because they are single-action systems that only attempt to cool the high-volume airflow from the compressor — almost useless on their own. There are four factors that affect heat inside a hyperbaric chamber. Our dual-action AC system counteracts all four factors: it cools the compressor airflow AND routes ice-cold water continuously to an interior cooling exchanger — similar to how a home cooling system works with an external unit and an interior exchanger. Both actions also remove excess humidity. The system can be added any time — chambers can also be ordered as AC-ready to prepare for this upgrade.

How do oxygen molecules get deeper into your tissues with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Under increased pressure, oxygen molecules shrink and can squeeze through constricted blood vessels, inflamed tissue, across the blood-brain barrier, and into lymph nodes, cerebrospinal fluid, and the musculoskeletal system. This is analogous to CO2 dissolving into soda under pressure — when the can is opened, CO2 expands and you see the fizz. The same principle applies to oxygen under hyperbaric pressure: molecules dissolve into the blood plasma and are delivered to oxygen-starved tissues, supporting cellular repair and optimal activity. Oxygen is the final electron acceptor in the Electron Transport Chain where all ATP is produced. Without oxygen we cannot make energy for our brain, organs, or tissue. The more oxygen delivered to our tissues, the healthier, more energetic, and mentally well we feel.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including warranty products) associated with any returns.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) have arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department, at support@mediriser.com or call 251-292-1169 as soon as possible to with speak with our customer service. Be sure to have your order number ready for faster processing and leave a detailed message if possible. Please do not attempt to use, open or handle the item, especially if it is broken glass! We will send you a replacement item and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item once we have received your request. In some cases the item may not need to be returned. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled once the order confirmation is received.

When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock.
