Oxygen Health Systems' warranty period includes a 3-year full coverage warranty on the main chamber and a 20-year warranty on all soft chamber windows. Hardware components — including the oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, and air compressor — are covered against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Based on 7 years of performance data, manufacturing defects most commonly appear within the first 12 months. Should any faulty materials or workmanship be identified, we provide troubleshooting guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components at our sole discretion. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overuse, unauthorized modification, sheathing changes, inadequate maintenance, or improper handling.
Q&A — Safety
Do I need to install firewalls when using this system?
While it is always good practice to take precautions, our system maintains approximately 40% oxygen inside the chamber. The oxygen exhausted from the chamber redistributes into the surrounding room at a level equal to or lower than the room's original oxygen percentage — meaning the net oxygen level in the room is never increased.
The key difference between our system and hospital-grade chambers is that hospital chambers use compressed oxygen tanks, which are significantly more hazardous. The oxygen vented from those chambers into a room can raise ambient oxygen levels considerably. Our system does not carry this risk.
How do oxygen molecules penetrate up to 400% deeper into tissues with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
Under pressure, oxygen molecules compress and shrink, allowing them to pass through constricted blood vessels, inflamed tissue, the blood-brain barrier, lymph nodes, cerebrospinal fluid, and the musculoskeletal system — reaching areas where circulation is typically diminished.
This is similar to what happens in a carbonated beverage: CO₂ particles dissolve under pressure and expand when the can is opened. In the same way, oxygen molecules compress under hyperbaric pressure, dissolve into blood plasma, and are delivered exponentially deeper into tissues throughout the body — including areas starved of oxygen — to support optimal cellular activity.

Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
When a replacement item is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we may need to receive the original merchandise return, before we can ship the replacement. This is a case by case scenario and each defective, damage or incorrect product return process may be different.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

When you request a cancellation of an order or item it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim.
