We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.
My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.
