First the TLDR version: OxyRevo are great. They offer a better product for less. Every commitment they made was fulfilled, on time, on budget, exactly as promised. I purchased the Apex 32 for my wife, 3 years post-concussion with limited recovery. She has used it consistently for a few months and seen a truly notable improvement, near complete recovery. I came across HBOT as a last resort for my wife who is now 3 years slowly recovering from a major concussion. After much research and enquiry, I sent her for a week of HBOT treatment locally to confirm tolerance, then I went hunting for a system of our own. I came across OxyRevo. By all accounts, they appeared to have a better product than the alternatives — 1.5ATA, newer design, good components, and significantly lower price. The support team answered my questions, gave me a videoconference walk-through of the facilities, the product, and even systems being quality tested prior to shipment. They provided documentation, quotes for shipping, and yet were patient with my uncertainty. I eventually placed my order, paid, and a few weeks later had the chamber. Everything arrived as it should. Assembly was pretty straightforward with reasonable instructions. We've had the system 5 months and my wife has used it 60+ minutes almost every day totalling about one hundred hours run-time so far. The results have been significant. This is exactly what she needed to make it back to 'whole'.

This is a review of the company. I will do a review of the actual unit once I have had some time to use it. It just arrived today, but I really wanted to get online and thank the team for the rockstar customer service! I found this company by googling their website and, being from the US, I was immediately wary of a scam. Especially because this was the best price I found for a 1.5 ATA chamber, by a significant amount. But the support team quickly answered all my questions and with a little follow up I was glad I purchased from them! If you are unsure, here is everything I went through to validate the company. First, I contacted them and the team got on a video call so I could see they were real people and got a video tour of their showroom/factory. It was impressive! That almost sold me with just that, but I was still wary. So I clicked through their other referrals on Facebook. There's only a couple. But click on the people. They all have history going back for years. You can't fake that. I was convinced after that. FYI, they also have an option to extend the warranty. Most places offer only two years, but there were a couple that offered more. So I thought it was a confidence booster that they would extend the warranty for a reasonable fee. Even after that, it was still several thousand dollars less than any other 1.5 unit out there. So yeah, totally five star, thumbs up review on the company!

The IBIS wheelchair to car lift was a game changer for us. My husband has been in a wheelchair for more than 40 years and we have never seen anything like this in the US and had no idea such a lift exist existed.
My guy is hemiplegic and usually able to stand pivot into the car but he broke his femur in November 2025 and had to be non-weight bearing for 3 months. He lost so much strength and ability that he could no longer do any kind of safe transfer.
Our friend found the IBIS wheelchair to car lift online and we decided to take the risk. It was worth every penny and more. Within a day of its arrival we were mobile and in and out of the car again. It is very manageable for me to operate and in our 60’s we are grateful for anything that lightens our load.
Everything arrived as advertised. Customer service was outstanding with clear communication. I was provided help to ensure my measurements were correct and was offered a few options to customize the sling. We had to get a new car right after we bought the lift and it was a good fit in the new car.
