Aqua Creek offers a 5-year limited warranty on this product, warranting that all structural components that have been properly installed, used, and maintained shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.
All electrical components or other non-structural components, including the linear actuator, shall have a pro-rated 5-year warranty effective from the date of original purchase. The pro-rated warranty coverage is as follows:
Years 1 - 2: 100% replacement coverage of non-structural components
Year 3: 60% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 40% of replacement cost)
Year 4: 50% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 50% of replacement cost)
Year 5: 40% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 60% of replacement cost)
This warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or failure to properly maintain any products, or normal wear and tear from day to day operations.
No returns are allowed without prior written authorization from Aqua Creek.
Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the original purchase date.
Batteries cannot be returned after 15 days.
RGA (Return Goods Authorization) numbers expire 30 days from the date of issue.
A copy of the RGA must accompany your return shipment.
The RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of all return packages.
Fees & Charges:
A minimum restocking fee of 15% is applied to all returns.
Damaged returns may be charged a higher restocking fee (see "Packing & Shipping Requirements").
Replacement products will be invoiced to the customer, and the customer agrees to pay unless the original and/or defective parts are returned to Aqua Creek.
Customers will be credited the appropriate amount upon receipt of the returned original and/or warranty parts.
Credits and/or refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Items Not Covered:
No refunds or credits are provided for any freight charges.
No refunds or credits are provided for labor, packaging, or travel expenses to remove or pick up products.
No refunds or credits are provided for any items that are under warranty.
Packaging & Shipping Requirements:
Products must be returned in original packaging or packaging specified by Aqua Creek to ensure safe return.
Detailed photos of all LTL (truck) shipments being returned are required to protect you in the event products are damaged in transit.
Failure to properly package products may result in additional charges or denied credit.
