Merits Vision Super Power Chair
Are you in search of a highly stable mid-wheel drive power wheelchair that combines durability with customizable features? Look no further than the Merits Health Vision Sport Power Wheelchair. This power chair sets a new standard for stability and maneuverability, offering a safe and comfortable experience for users.
Experience Unrivaled Stability
The Merits P326A boasts a unique six-wheel design, providing superior stability and control. With six points of contact on the ground at all times, you can even stand on the footplate without worrying about tipping over. This chair's mid-wheel drive system excels in navigating tight spaces and maintains a low center of gravity for a smooth and stable ride, both indoors and outdoors.
Power and Efficiency
Equipped with dual inline motors, this power chair delivers enhanced efficiency, torque, range and overall performance. Its intelligent braking system prevents unwanted rolling when stationary, while also recovering kinetic energy during braking, extending the chair's range.
Customizable Comfort
The padded captain's chair on the Merits Health Vision Sport is not only ultra-comfortable, but also adjustable. Two levers on the right side of the seat allow you to control the seat's inclination and rotation, making access easy. The seat back can also be manually adjusted for varying degrees of comfort. Furthermore, the armrests can be flipped up for easy access and adjusted horizontally and vertically to conform to your needs.
HIGH WEIGHT CAPACITY & COMFORTABLE CAPTAIN'S CHAIR:
This power wheelchair has a solid, sturdy frame that can support up to 450 lbs of weight, making it one of the more heavy-duty units on the market today. The ultra-cushioned captain's chair offers 3 different sizes of width: 20", 22" and 24". Not only that, the seat can also recline back, something that is very rare for a seat size that is this large.
Another added feature of this chair is that the armrests flip up for easy entry or exit of the seat and they also extend outward to give you more of a seating area.
TIGHT TURNING RADIUS & FULL SUSPENSION:
One of the more impressive features on this unit is that it offers a turning radius of just under 21", so maneuvering around corners and through crowds of people is a breeze. The P327 also comes standard with both front and rear suspension to ensure you have one of the smoothest rides possible. Pair that with the 12" pneumatic tires and you can traverse most types of terrain with ease.
OPTIONAL ELEVATING SEAT:
One thing that makes this power chair different is that it comes with an optional power elevating seat that raises the seat on the chair 10". This comes in handy when you are trying to get to tall counters, reach high up on shelves, or simply get to things that once seemed out of reach. Important to note, this option is only available with the 20" wide seat and decreases the weight capacity to 400 lbs.
FAST SPEED & LONG BATTERY RANGE:
Another feature that sets this unit apart from others in its class is that it offers a top speed of 5 mph, which is slightly faster than what you would find on the market. Also, depending on the user's weight, the battery range for this bariatric power chair is 15-20 miles on a single charge, so you shouldn't have an issue when you are out and about all day.
Perhaps one of the biggest benefits of this power wheelchair is that it is made by Merits Health Products, which is one of the leading brands in the mobility industry and has a proven track record.
Affordable Luxury
The Vision Sport power chair by Merits Health offers the standard features of high-end chairs at a lower cost. With adjustable armrests, a semi-reclining backrest and a swing-away joystick, you can customize your seating for optimal comfort. Further personalization is possible with additional accessories. The chair is available in eight exclusive shroud cover colors.
