The HUUM UKU Mirror is a WiFi sauna control with a genuine mirrored glass panel - a premium aesthetic upgrade to the standard UKU Local Black and UKU Local Wood controls. All UKU control functions are available both on the panel and remotely through the HUUM app on iOS or Android. The UKU Mirror operates heaters up to 11kW without additional hardware; heaters from 11kW to 18kW require the UKU Extension Box (sold separately). The UKU Mirror is compatible with sauna heaters from different manufacturers - not exclusively HUUM heaters.

The UKU Mirror is the design-forward member of the UKU Glass family. Where the UKU Local Black and UKU Local Wood controls suit traditional sauna interiors, the Mirror panel is designed for contemporary sauna rooms where reflective, glass, and metallic surfaces define the aesthetic. The mirrored glass face reflects the sauna interior when idle and displays the control interface - temperature, time, and session status - when active. The panel can be installed recessed into the wall for a flush, seamless appearance, or surface-mounted with the optional UKU Frame bezel (sold separately) for a more prominent panel presentation. Full UKU WiFi functions - remote preheat, scheduling, safety
The UKU Mirror includes the complete HUUM UKU WiFi feature set. From the HUUM app on iOS or Android, the sauna can be turned on or off from anywhere, the target temperature can be set between 122°F and 230°F (50-110°C), a delayed start can be programmed up to 48 hours in advance, and the current sauna temperature can be monitored in real time. A notification is sent to the phone when the sauna reaches the set temperature. Unlimited users can be connected to the same sauna through the HUUM app - a useful feature for families or households with multiple regular sauna users. The panel supports 8 languages: English, Estonian, German, Russian, Italian, Finnish, Polish, and French. Safety features include overheating protection (automatic shutoff at approximately 266°F / 130°C), a door sensor that prevents remote starting when the sauna door is open, and a child safety lock.
Compatible with different heater brands - up to 18kW with Extension Box
The UKU Mirror is not limited to HUUM heaters - it is compatible with electric sauna heaters from different manufacturers, provided the heater's electrical specification is within the UKU's supported range. Without the Extension Box, the UKU Mirror controls heaters up to 11kW directly. For heaters from 11kW to 18kW - including all HUUM heaters over 11kW - the UKU Extension Box (sold separately) is required. The lighting, ventilation, and steamer accessory connections allow the UKU Mirror to control these sauna room elements alongside the heater from the same panel and app interface. The sauna heater is sold separately.

For existing sauna installations with a non-HUUM heater where WiFi app control is the goal, the UKU Mirror can often be used as a control upgrade without replacing the heater - confirm heater compatibility before purchasing.
Lighting, ventilation, and steamer control
Accessory connections allow sauna lighting, ventilation, and an optional steamer to be controlled from the same UKU Mirror panel and HUUM app interface as the heater. One control system manages the complete sauna environment - not just the heater - from both the panel and remotely from the phone.
Safety: overheat, door sensor, child lock
Overheating protection automatically shuts down the heater if the sauna temperature exceeds approximately 266°F (130°C). The door sensor prevents the HUUM app from remotely starting the heater if the sauna room door is open - a safety requirement for unattended remote starts. The child safety lock prevents accidental activation of the heater from the panel.
Up to 18kW with Extension Box
The UKU Mirror controls heaters up to 11kW directly. For larger HUUM heaters (HIVE 12kW, 15kW, 18kW; HIVE Mini 10.6kW; CLIFF 11kW; STEEL 10.5kW) that require the UKU Extension Box, the Mirror panel works with the extension box in exactly the same way as the UKU Local controls - the Extension Box is purchased and installed separately alongside the heater.

5-year warranty
The HUUM UKU Mirror is covered by HUUM's 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use outside of the specified heater load range, or failure to use the UKU Extension Box when required for heaters over 11kW. Proof of purchase from an authorized HUUM dealer is required for warranty claims. We are an authorized HUUM dealer.
