1-year full warranty + 5-year service warranty
The Harvia CX30C-U1-XW is covered by a 1-year full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. A 5-year service warranty provides access to Harvia-authorized service centers for repairs and maintenance beyond the first year. The warranty requires the unit to be used with a compatible Harvia Virta Combi single-phase heater and installed by a licensed electrician according to Harvia's published guidelines. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, use with incompatible heaters, or incorrect electrical supply. Proof of purchase from an authorized Harvia dealer is required.
