It is a tall stainless steel pillar - 40" high, 14" wide, 13" deep - with a grate-like outer shell that exposes the stone mass throughout its height. PC90E (external control) vs PC90 (built-in controls) - which is right?
The Cilindro 9kW is available in two variants. The PC90 has integrated digital controls on the front face of the heater - no separate control purchase required, and WiFi is available via the CX004WIFI add-on panel. The PC90E has no built-in controls and requires a separate Xenio CX45-U1-U3-XW or Fenix FX45-U1-U3-XC control unit. The PC90E is the better choice when: WiFi app control is wanted from the start (CX45-U1-U3-XW and FX45-U1-U3-XC both have WiFi built in with no add-on required); the control panel needs to be positioned away from the heater at a more convenient location in the changing room or on the sauna wall; or the Fenix FX45 system is preferred for its 4.3" touchscreen, AI learning, and MyHarvia 2 app. The PC90 is simpler when built-in local controls are sufficient and WiFi is not a priority. Both require 200 lbs of AC3000 stones (5 boxes) and are installed in the same side wall or corner position.

Warranty
Harvia limited warranty
The Harvia Cilindro PC90E is covered by Harvia's limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use without the required minimum stone load (200 lbs), use of non-Harvia or incorrect stones, connection to a GFI/GFCI breaker, or failure to follow Harvia's installation and operating guidelines. Elements are consumable goods and are covered only upon first usage of the heater. A licensed electrician is required for all electrical connections. Do not connect to a GFI/GFCI breaker.
