All warranty claims require proof of purchase and a serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. Can I turn my wheelchair on or off with the remote control?
No, the wheelchair's power must be turned on before the remote control is activated to allow for proper pairing with the controller.
Does the wheelchair arrive fully assembled?
While the wheelchair arrives almost fully assembled, you will need to attach the remaining parts upon its arrival.
Can I bring my wheelchair on an airplane or cruise?
Yes, the 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is approved for travel by most major airlines and cruise lines. However, it's recommended to confirm specific travel battery regulations with the airline or cruise line before your trip.
Can I operate my wheelchair with the backrest in the reclined position?
While it's technically possible to operate the wheelchair with the backrest reclined, it's not recommended as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries. The reclining feature should only be used when the wheelchair is stationary.
I've run out of battery. Can I push my chair?
Yes, the IQ-9000 wheelchair can function like a manual wheelchair when the power is turned off and both motors are disengaged by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. This sets the wheelchair to free wheel mode, allowing you to push it manually.
