Coverage summary

Full 3-year coverage on the main chamber body with a 20-year warranty on all soft chamber windows. Hardware including the oxygen concentrator, air conditioner, dehumidifier, and air compressor is covered against defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Lifetime support included with every order.

Warranty certification

Based on 7 years of performance data, manufacturing defects are most likely to occur within the first 12 months. Should faulty materials or workmanship be found, we first provide troubleshooting guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, we provide complete replacement of all affected components at our sole discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, overuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, sheathing change, inadequate maintenance, improper equipment handling, or user operation.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
