Warranty
Newtowne Hyperbarics warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product cov-ered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The cost of shipping to and from the factory is the responsibility of the owner. Should the product(s) fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraph.
USE OF UNAUTHORIZED SEALANTS/ADHESIVES/SOLVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY—this includes duct tape, super glue, any product w/ silicone, ure-thane adhesives, etc…
By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.

Is this ready to set up and use?
Yes, customers set these up themselves, usually they are able to set up without assistanc as the chambers are very easy to set up and come with a user manual. If you prefer, a handy man should take less than an hour.
Do I need a prescription to buy this for home?
Yes, a prescription is required for all hyperbaric chambers and oxygen concentrators.
Any medical professional that is licensed by your state can provide a prescription. The prescription must include a positive recommendation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The appointment with the medical professional may be in-person or virtual via telehealth or another online method. We can also accept a referral from a chiropractor.

How do I Get the military/first responder discount?

What Is mild hyperbaric therapy?
Mild hyperbaric therapy refers to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at lower, safer, pressures.
Will HBOT help my condition?
Whether HBOT will be beneficial for your personal circumstances is best discussed with your physician. To research the effects of HBOT on a particular condition or disease
you can do a search for... “HBOT and [the condition]”.
What Is the difference between mild HBOT and the units found In hospitals?
While hard HBOT with 100% oxygen results in greater oxygen saturation in the tissues, many conditions respond well to mild HBOT. In some clinical trials, there has been virtually no difference in clinical outcome between mild HBOT and hard HBOT. In addition, mild HBOT has no known safety risks with fire or oxygen toxicity, and it is substantially less expensive.
