Warranty

The Medical series saunas are covered by a warranty for 3 years against any defects in materials or workmanship, applicable to typical residential use, starting from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer. Please note that this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or natural weather conditions. Any damage resulting from misuse or negligence is not covered, and neither Thermaliving nor the manufacturer are responsible for any resulting injury or damage. It's important to mention that this warranty exclusively covers parts, and any service or labor costs are not included within the three-year warranty period.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned.
