This folding electric wheelchair offers a top speed of up 4 mph and it is powered by your choice of twoquick-release 24V12AH lithium-ion batteries which have a range of 13 miles or you can upgrade your batteries to the20AH lithium-ion battery (not airline or cruise approved) which can last up to 19 miles on a single charge.
The X-9 has an 17.5" wide seat that can be folded and can fit most car trunksfor easier transport. This ComfyGo electric wheelchairis powered by two 24V 250-watt motors that have enough strength and torque to hold a user weighing up to 310 pounds.

The ComfyGo X-9 is designed to give the user more comfort and independence. It features automatic adjustable leg rests which allow you to control leg elevation for better blood circulation. It also comes with the ability to auto recline the seatback so give the user more options for comfort. You can control either of these functions simultaneously or independently using the 360-degree intelligent joystick.
The joystick controls on the arm of the power chair can also be used to control the direction and change the speed of the unit as well. This comes in handy when traveling through a crowded place and you want to slow down or just be able to navigate tight corners.
It also includes anti-tip rear wheels for enhanced security. This prevents you from tipping over while riding up an incline. This power chair is also lightweight, weighing only 92 pounds with the battery. This chair also comes back with a high back seat that is padded and easy to disassemble.

Automatic Reclining Backrest & Lifting Leg Rests
The X-9 is available with an optional auto reclining feature. At its full upright position, there is a 10° angle on the backrest. By using the joystick controller or remote control, the backrest will recline up to 55° from the upright position.
The reclining feature of the X-9 provides additional comfort to the user and should only be used when the wheelchair is stationary. Do not use the recline feature while the chair is in motion as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries.

If your X-9 supports the auto reclining feature, your controller will also include the recline and upright buttons.

Travel Friendly
The X-9 is a foldable travel wheelchair. The 12AH (288) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.
Speed
The X-9 has five speed selections and a limited top speed of 6 km/h (4 mph).
The five speed selections will deliver 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 20% of maximum speed and speed five being 100% of maximum speed.

Maintenance
The X-9 does not require much maintenance. Monthly cleaning, inspecting, and tightening of bolts and nuts should keep your wheelchair in good working order. Proper charging of the lithium-ion battery will prolong your battery life.
Battery and Charger
X-9 comes in two battery options, a 288WH (24 volt, 12AH) lithium-ion or a 480WH (24 volt, 20AH) lithium-ion.
The 12AH battery is airline and cruise approved and delivers a range up to 13 mile (20 km).
The 20AH battery is not airline or cruise approved and delivers a range up to 19 mile (30 km). The battery charging time is for each battery is 6 to 8 hours.
The X-9 battery can be charged with a regular home outlet.
The charging details for each battery (12AH or 20AH) are AC 100 – 240 Volt, 50 Hertz, at 1.5 – 5 amperes.
The X-9 comes with a standard 24V 2A charger in the box.
For quicker charging times, we recommend the 24V 3A charger for the long range 20AH battery. The 24V 3 charger is sold separately.

Can I operate my wheelchair with the backrest reclined?
Yes, the wheelchair can be operated with the backrest reclined, but it's not recommended for safety reasons.
Can I push my chair if the battery is depleted?
Yes, the X-9 can be operated manually. Disengage both motors by unlocking them, setting the chair to free-wheel mode.
Warranty
The X-9 comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
An optional ComfyGO Care warranty can be purchased to provide up to 2 years of coverage for batteries and electronics.
An optional ComfyGO Care+ warranty can be purchased to provide up to 3 years of coverage for batteries and electronics.
The limited warranty does not include labor or device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and needs replacement from time to time (for example rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and a serial number. The customer must provide the complete serial number, model number, purchase channel, and order number to the Company. For products under warranty, the Company reserves the right to send a free-of-charge repair part to the customer.
ComfyGO Care and ComfyGO Care+ can be purchased within 90 days of your delivery date.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Restock fees will be deducted in amounts ranging from 15% to 25% of the value of the item being returned.
