The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, failure to follow the installation and operating guidelines, use of unsuitable sauna stones (decorative stones must not be used as they can break under heat), operating without the required stone load, damage from inadequate chimney maintenance, or improper wall penetration preparation for the LS firebox bushing (non-combustible wall required).
